THE ROCK MUSEUM GOES DARK

Feel the hairs on your arms stand on end, let the heavy notes sink into your body, and experience the Rock Museum in a darker light. This October, we’re shining a spotlight on all things occult, freaky, and mysterious, as darkness becomes the theme of our events.

Look forward to a month of events, experiences, and activities that, each in their own way, will take you into the darkness.

SUBJECT:
The Darkness of Music
Come to ROCKMUSEET GOES DARK this October, when we dim the lights and shine a spotlight on the darker side of rock. For this month’s events, we’ll be diving into the artists, myths, and musical movements that rebelled, challenged norms, and embraced darkness as part of their artistic expression.
Punk. Heavy metal and witches. Noise. Chaos.

From the darkness of night to the break of dawn, we’ll rock everything in between—with an October program filled with spookiness, music, and experiences for both kids and adults.
